RVs are valued with their living quarters, long-stored motorhomes can still be appraised, and one request can cover a tow vehicle and its trailer

Is an RV valued differently from a car or truck?

Yes. An RV appraisal values the drivable chassis or tow rating together with the living quarters. Slide-outs, appliances, roof condition, and interior wear all affect what comparable units sell for.

Can you appraise a motorhome that has sat in storage for years?

Yes. Long storage affects tires, systems, and interiors, and the appraisal reflects the unit's actual condition as shown in your photos and records.

Do the tow vehicle and the trailer need separate appraisals?

Each titled vehicle is valued as its own asset, but one request can cover both. List each unit in your request so the report states a separate value for each.
